During covid, our refund policy is very flexible. We understand there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding covid and how camp will be conducted. But, we don’t want to discourage you from enrolling and saving your spot. For this reason, if changes in the environment or our camp format lead you to feel more comfortable sitting out, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit provided you make a refund request, in writing at least 24 hours before the start of camp.

Absolutley. To make such a request, just email us and we will note it in the file. All requests are subject to review as we must balance age and skill levels across groupings to ensure camp is competitive and fair for all involved.
We typically aim to have one staff member for every 8 players.
Campers may enter the facilty up to 15 minutes prior to the start of camp (25 on the first day of camp) and must be picked up no more than 10 minutes after the end of camp. Pick-up/Drop-off outside of these windows is only available with an AM/PM care pacakge. Otherwise, you will incur additional charges.
Excel has served as home to players of all skill levels. The only limitation is how skilled you would like to become. We have had players just getting started working along side players who would eventually play in the NBA….all under one roof. All of our skills are scale-able, so the better you get, the more advanced/difficult the drills beomce. This way, the learning/improvement never stops.
We group players by age, grade and skill level. Our goal is to create the best experience possible for all involved….so don’t worry…your third grader won’t be playing against an eighth grader!
